Job Description:
HIM Supervisor - Excellent opportunity in CT for a skilled Medical Records Supervisor to join a dynamic group and lead their day to day operations. This person will be responsible for workflow and productivity for record analysis, front desk reception, transcription, QC and birth registry . The Supervisor will coordinate all clerical related aspects of the HIS Compliance and Performance Improvement Plans and oversee Joint Commission HIM record review processes. Must have RHIT or RHIA and previous experience as a Supervisor.
