Job Title: Revenue Cycle Application Analyst - CT - FILLED

Job Description:
Revenue Cycle Application Analyst- for Hospital Information Management supports Cerner Profile, Document Imaging, 3M applications and Nuance Dictaphone and their respective customers. The Revenue Cycle Application Analyst works with the Health Information Management department and Information Services managers and staff to support a full suite of HIM applications, and other legacy applications and technological solutions to meet the goals of the organization. S/he will identify and analyze user requirements and recommend appropriate applications and/or modifications. This calls for developing an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the application set, working with the user community to define their needs, and designing and delivering application solutions to meet those needs and improve the operational and financial positions of the hospital. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business or a Clinical area is required; four (4) years relevant experience in a challenging IT or business environment may be substituted for this requirement. Four (4) or more years IS applications or healthcare operations experience with a minimum of 3 years IS experience required. Working knowledge of Health Information Management departments including regulatory requirements and business flow process.
