Job Description:
Practice Administrator-CT-The Practice Administrator will be responsible for the daily operations of this specialty practice, supervision and management of all employees and the development and management of the operating budget throughout the year. You will work closely with the managing partner and must be able to problem-solve and work with all levels within the organization. Education Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree, Advanced degree preferred (MBA), Strong medical billing and financial background. Excellent communication and people skills are a must. A minimum five years management experience in a medical practice setting and knowledge of practice management software is required. Must have proven experience managing and maximizing the profitability of a physician group as well as demonstrate the ability to lead physicians and have experience reporting to, and working with, a Board of Directors.
