Job Description:
Coding Supervisor - Excellent opportunity for a highly experienced in-patient coder to work closely with the Revenue Cycle team in overseeing all in-patient coding operations. You will be responsible for educating coders, physicians and other clinicians, working on denials and bill edits and assisting in the management of the documentation improvement program. This person is also in charge of supervising staff and work flow, and making sure that department standards of quality and integrity are met. If you have 3 plus years of coding supervisory experience, a CPC/CCS, strong organizational and communication skills and solid knowledge of federal, state and payor specific regulations, then you should explore this position.
