Executive Director, Cardiovascular - AZ Opportunity to oversee a 25-person multi-specialty cardiovascular physician group. The physician group is aligned with a specialty hospital. Over time, the group’s practices will grow into a service line that will be integrated across a multi-hospital health care system. The candidate has to have experience and a successful track record managing a cardiology physician group. Experience managing a multi-specialty group is a plus. The ability to successfully manage physician relations is a must, and must be a core competency. The ideal candidate has experience building and integrating a (cardiovascular) service line across multiple sites. The doctors are "Rockstars" and need someone with extraordinary capabilities.
