Job Description: CNO - MA - Reporting to the Executive Director of the Health Care Center, the CNO will be responsible for providing 24 hour administrative and clinical leadership for nursing practice in the Health Care Center. Responsible for training, developing and assisting the Operations of the nursing process. Assure compliance to requirements set by HRC governing bodies. Implement and interpret policies, procedures, standards and regulations for personnel, residents and families. In this vital role, you will work with an extraordinary and dynamic team of healthcare professionals to provide direct inpatient care to residents at our new premiere multi-generational campus outside Boston, MA. This position will be responsible for the implementation of a new model of care that promotes resident and family centeredness in a 268-bed state of the art Health Care Center, which offers long-term and sub-acute services. Set amidst 162 beautiful and environmentally sound acres, our premier multigenerational continuing care retirement community consists of 256 independent living units, 50 assisted living units, 41 memory support assisted living units, and the GAF Health Center - a 268-bed facility providing long-term and sub-acute care.
