Job Description:
Nurse Manager-Med/Surg -CT- The Manager is accountable for the overall quality of service provided by the department and for the supervision of the department’s team members. The Manager ensures adequate staffing levels, appropriately trained staff and the most efficient use of resources. The Manager will delegate to other team members, as appropriate. BSN required. Minimum 5 years relevant nursing experience required. Management experience preferred. Master's Degree preferred. Current State of Connecticut Registered Nurse licensure required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR in adult, child & infant is required. Excellent starting salary and benefit package!
