Job Description:
Director, Pharmacy Informatics - TN Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the development of order sets and pharmacy-related decision support in support of the implementation and ongoing use of Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE) within the Health Systems pharmacy programs. This person will serve as the primary resource for the clinical and medication use policy dimensions of CPOE. This position is responsible for the coordination of this system with an intimate understanding of changing scientific and biomedical evidence, a dynamic medication distribution system and maturing technology of the CPOE system itself. Responsible for supporting other clinical pharmacy system software applications as assigned. Traveling to the markets is ~ 50%. This is a great organization with vast growth plans.
