RIS Administrator - MD - We are looking for someone with an RIS Administrator background, preferably someone with a clinical background. RIS is Radiology Information System, traditionally the scheduling and reporting system for radiology. The nuance between PACS and RIS is that PACS Admins needs to be focused on imaging and radiologist workflow. RIS Admin. is focused on patient flow and technologist workflow. Looking for one who has insight into the business side of the practice, understanding volumes, referring physician analysis, procedure types, etc. If you have been looking for an exciting opportunity to work on the cutting edge of imaging technology this could be the ideal career move.
