Senior Practice Manager, CT. If you have a solid background in Physician Practice Management then I have a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level. In t his position you would be responsible for overseeing all administrative, financial and operations management for assigned Surgical or Medical Practices. The Senior Practice Manager provides leadership and direction to ensure an optimal patient environment and that all department goals and performance standards are met. Under the direction of the Practice Director, ensures operational improvements and changes to policies/procedures are communicated and operationalized in assigned Practices. A Bachelors degree is required and a minimum of 5 years management experience in a healthcare environment. IDX experience is a plus! This position offers a great starting salary and benefit package!
